At Flourish Kids, I help children build confidence with food in a calm, pressure-free way, so families can move from stress to steady progress.
If you'd love your child to explore new foods, grow confidence and enjoy trying things alongside other children, take a look at our Flourish Kids classes - we even do birthday parties!
Workshop & Classes
Outdoor, child-led sessions
that help little eaters build confidence with food without pressure.
Flourish Kids classes are held at Home Farm in Bugbrooke, in a welcoming outdoor setting where children can explore food at their own pace. Every session is built around a hidden nutrient theme (think: "fibre for strong tummies" or "vitamin C for superhero immunity") and is designed to make food feel safe, familiar and fun.
What happens in our sessions?
Each class includes:
Gentle food exposure through play-based, no-pressure activities
A hidden nutrient theme woven into stories, games and "food facts" in a child-friendly way
Making something simple and edible
(children can join in as much or as little as they wish)A physical activity element to keep bodies moving and energy positive

Schools & community groups
Flourish Kids sessions can also be delivered in schools, nurseries, and community settings. If you'd like a themed block, one-off workshop, or parent session alongside it, I can tailor the content to your group and age range.
